4 July 2019: Updated T&C’s + Direct Payments to Event Organiser
A general update of Terms and Conditions has been made. New terms have been included to ensure Ticket Purchasers/Holders are notified under a Special Disclaimer during the ticket sales process when an Event Organiser is using our technology only, and therefore we are not collecting any revenue on their behalf.
12 October 2015: Changes to Replacement, Refund and Resale
Local Tickets will only refund to the Event Host at their discretion and minus any associated costs, eg marketing tools purchased, advertising fees and any costs associated with the use and hire of the scanners. If an Event is cancelled Local Tickets reserves the right to take payment from the Event Host prior to processing the refunds. The payment required will be the booking fee and a $2.00 fee for the refunding of each booking.
